To supplement our Non-destructive Testing capability, we offer Mechanical Testing services for material analysis and testing, welding procedure and welder qualifications.

Mechanical Testing is utilized for various applications. Material analysis can include Bend Testing, Tensile Strength Testing, Hardness Testing, Ductility Testing (Impact), Spectrometry, X-ray Fluorescence (to determine material properties), Microscopy, Macroscopic Testing, replication (to visually inspect the surface of the material for flaws and grain structure).

Our CSWIP certified inspectors will assess your welder’s qualification coupons and conduct an array of mechanical testing techniques assist with ensuring your personnel produce quality workmanship.
